A Portuguese table cheese made with a seasonal blend of pasteurized goats and cows milk aged 3-7 months. This is a crowd-pleaser as it's used on a cheeseboard, on salads, for grilled cheese, macaroni & cheese, and many other dishes. Great also with fig or tomato jam. Pairs well with white, red wines, and any one of our great craft brews in Sonoma County. 



  • Broncha Cow and Goat Milk

    Origin: Petaluma, CA

    Type: Pasteurized goat and cow milk, typically aged 2-4 months
    Cheese style: Mold ripened on cypress planks

    Food Pairings: Excellent alone, in a grilled cheese in pasta with tomatoes.

  •  We ship via standard carrier Monday - Wednesday. Please note the selected ship date is an estimated ship date. 

     Most of the collections weigh less than 5 pounds and we will ship those anywhere within the Continental United States for a flat rate of $20.  There is an individual charge for each item or collection that you order.
