Our Feta is a greek style Feta stored in its own sea salt/whey brine. The flavor is all about what the girls are eating at that time of year. In the summer we produce, 100% goats milk feta and blend it throughout the year due to our girls natural cycles. We do not use culture to make it, just vegetable rennet. We recommend a quick soak in cold water to wash the brine off before eating it. It tastes great with fresh fruit, tomatoes, salads including cold pasta salad. Fresh & Firm !
